Accommodation has been reserved for MTNS participants in several Colleges close to the conference site which can be booked directly by delegates.
Ensuite rooms are available at £94.91 per night (single room) at Harvey Court and the Stephen Hawking Building (Gonville and Caius College West Road site). Single rooms (non-ensuite) are also available at £74.72 per night in Tree Court of Gonville and Caius College in the city centre. Rooms will be reserved under the promotion code given in the author notification acceptance letters from papercept only until 1 month before the conference, after which they will be released for general sale. Double ensuite rooms for single (or double) occupancy are available very close to the conference site at Newnham College at £120.00 per night under a promotion code MTNS**** (where the blank spaces are filled by the solution to the puzzle below). These rooms are available from 18th to 24th August and will be held for MTNS participants until 4th August through the accommodation link: Newnham B&B. Delegates may book an extra night without breakfast at £110.00 per night at the beginning or end of the booking window as a separate booking under the same promotion code.
At somewhat greater distance from the conference venue ensuite single student rooms are available in the New Court of St John’s College (near city centre) at £90.00 per night. Please note that some of the rooms will be listed under the accommodation link as “twin ensuite” but may only be booked for single occupancy by MTNS delegates.
